Para Training -- April 11, 2019 8:30-10:30

ALL school library paras are invited to attend a training on Thursday April 11 from 8:30-10:30 in library services at the TAC building.  Full time paras are required to attend.  Part time paras can also attend and will be paid for 2 hours.  Please have your para fill out the form below by March 1st to help guarantee we have enough materials or space.

Topics covered will include:

End of year activities, inventory, book displays, and general library para responsibilities.

Elementary Team Meeting -- March 7th

We are excited to announce that we will be offering an OPTIONAL professional learning opportunity for elementary librarians the morning of March 7th from 8:30-11:00 in library services at the TAC building. 

Our fabulous English Learners department will be joining us to worked on tiered questioning and sentence starters to support comprehensible input. In other words, you will learn about how to support your ESL students in working with questions! Keep in mind that skills that are helpful for our ESL students are helpful for all students! 

We hope you will be able to join us March 7th but understand if you are unable.  Please fill out the form below by February 15th to help us make sure we have enough space and materials for everyone.
