Annual Order

Here are the directions for completing your annual order and textbook annual order.  Only those items that are typically ordered once each year are included in this annual order process.  Copies of the 2021-2022 Annual Order Catalog, 2021-2022 Textbook Annual Order Catalog as well as the Storeroom Catalog can be found on the Purchasing SharePoint website and linked below.  

In using these catalogs, please remember the following: 

  • Annual Order Catalog and Textbook Annual Order Catalog items should be requisitioned during this current annual order period for use during next school 2021-2022.      
  • The 2021-2022 Annual Order Catalog and Textbook Annual Order Catalog contain items and categories of supplies that should be ordered during this annual order time.  The items for the annual order are to be ordered only from October 19, 2020 through December 4, 2020. 

Special Education Funds   

  • Please carefully read also the NOTE TO SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERS AND DEPARTMENTS (page 4).  Requisitions requiring approval from the Special Education Department are due by November 13, 2020. 

Title I Funds

  •  Please note that Title I funds cannot be used for the purchase of District standard textbooks at any grade level.  Title I funds may be used for the purchase only of supplemental books or materials.  (Please address any related questions to the Title I Office (531-299-0247) before entering a
  • Textbook Annual Order requisition:  Requisitions requiring approval from the Title I Department are due by November 13, 2020.
