My child would like to attend Central next year and they are:

A. New to Omaha Public Schools because:

  1. The student(s) is/are transferring in from another district, OR
  2. The student(s) is/are currently a homeschool student, OR
  3. The student(s) is/are currently attending a private school and we don’t live in the Central home attendance area, OR
  4. The student(s) is/are currently attending a private school and we live in the Central home attendance area.

Then: please contact Julie Politi at 531-299-5661 or julie.politi@ops.org to find out the next steps into the Omaha Public Schools.

B.  A current 8th grade student at an OPS Middle School. Then: they will receive a high school selection form from their building. Please contact their 8th grade counselor with any questions.

C. A current high school student at another OPS High School. Then: they will receive a High School Application the week of January 19th. Please contact the Student Placement Office at the Teacher Administration Center (TAC) Building.
