Fun with Fractured Fairytales WebQuest: Conclusion

Student Reflection

Students, as you turn in your final project, your teacher and the Symbaloo will direct you to complete this reflection.  Turn this in and you are all done!  Your teacher will grade using the rubric below.

Summary of Learning

Ask your teacher or librarian on more fairy tales to read the next time that you go pick up a book. The good news is that fairy tales can be found everywhere; they are so popular!

What is your favorite fairy tale? What kind of fairy tale is it: classic, cultural, or fractured? If you were to share what you know about fairy tales with a stranger, what would you tell them is most important?

By the end of this unit hopefully you feel more skilled as a reader and writer. You should have learned about what makes stories interesting. Why do some stories last longer than others?

I hope that you writers have learned some very important things about the steps it takes to create a story that is interesting. Perhaps your fractured fairy tales will stand the test of time, too!
